Modified coupling nuts are necessary on all tank truck hoses which are used to deliver petrol stations whose gas displacement and filling hose safety device is equipped with a non-contact interrogation by means of a reed sensor device.

Combined with the reed sensor device the integrated magnets guarantee that the hose connections are safely locked during the filling process and are not loosely placed on the male coupling.

The modified coupling nuts are available in 2″-size and 3″-size.
